Founded in 2001, CIVIQ Society is established as one of the oldest and largest High IQ Societies.

The society membership requires an intelligence performance on validated, well correlated and standardized IQ tests and the results are evaluated by the CIVIQ Psychometric Committee with experience and knowledge about the latest research in high IQ testing.

The name CIVIQ comes from the latin word civis which means citizen. Added to the letters IQ, we obtain the idea of a community where the members are linked by their intellectual abilities.
